Following a number of recent opportunities and our commitment to supporting our clients abroad, fst is delighted to announce that we are opening our first international office in Singapore. This exciting and prosperous part of the world presents us with a great chance to learn about a new culture and we hope to be able to contribute to the local industry with our wealth of marketing experience.

Whilst all creative will still run out of Marlow, Alistair Harding has joined the team as Head of Asia Operations and will be running things on a day-to-day basis.

Morocco will never be the same again. The fst Christmas party swung into Marrakech on the 10^th December, the realisation of Super Mark’s crazy brainwave.

Obviously many local hostelries were tested for quality control and we fine-tuned our negotiation skills in the world famous soukhs. With “when in Rome” very much the mantra, we sampled some excellent traditional Moroccan cuisine and some opted for the relaxing treatments offered at the Hammans.

Most, however, went for the more adrenaline fuelled quad biking through the desert option, a brave choice given the fragile state of some of our intrepid travelers on the second day.

Happily no major incidents occurred, miraculously we all got home safely, and best of all, everybody just had an incredible time.

Some of you may have popped into fst HQ during the month of November and witnessed the great advances that were made in the field of facial hair cultivation. For those of you that didn’t, let me assure you it was a sight to behold! Team fst went all out for Movember and raised a mighty £690 for a brilliant cause. All the money has gone straight to men’s cancer charities, primarily The Prostate Cancer Charity.

A hearty congratulation to all those who took part and a huge thank you to everyone who donated to team fst or any of the individuals involved. Bring on November 2011!
